Saysort

Terms of use

Saysort for iPhone and iPad · last updated 10 October 2026

These terms are between you and SMBDM Technology L.L.C, Dubai, UAE (“we”). If you get Saysort from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where the two conflict, Apple’s agreement wins.

What Saysort is

Saysort is a voice client. It sends what you say to a Hermes Agent server that you run or have permission to use, and shows and speaks the replies. We don’t operate that server and we aren’t responsible for what it does, which AI providers it uses, or what those providers charge you.

Your responsibilities

  • Only connect Saysort to servers you own or are allowed to use, and keep your access token private.
  • Check important output before you rely on it. AI agents get things wrong, and your agent may act on what you say, for example by sending a message.
  • Don’t use Saysort to break the law or to record people without the consent your local law requires.

Beta builds

TestFlight builds are previews. Features can change or be removed, and things may break.

No warranty

Saysort is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, caused by using the app or by any server or AI service you connect it to.

Trademarks

Saysort is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nous Research. Hermes Agent is a trademark of Nous Research, Inc. Apple, iPhone and iPad are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Changes and contact
